Oppgave / Brief:
Create a website to show games loaded from an API. The website should have search game thumbnails, game pages and the possibility to add to favorites, it should then use localstorage to save the favorites. The page also needs a contact form with validation and error-checking.
Beskrivelse
A school project, learning how to interact with an API and using it to generate meaningful content. The webpage features a search function that sorts results, it has pagination to navigate pages and favorites functionality. I even added a randomised loading text to make the page more fun.
Mål
Experiment with API and navigation, using fetch, localstorage and array methods.
Lært
Learned how to create page navigation with dynamic pages and animations. Also learned how to check forms for errors and show the errors live as you are typing.
